Orbiis

Foundation Deployment

The first operational layer of Orbiis.

Orbiis Activate is the foundation deployment for businesses establishing their first structured operating system. It installs the highest-impact layer of the Orbiis architecture — inquiry capture, response, booking coordination, and missed-call recovery — in a deployment designed to go live within 10 days. It is not a starter plan, a trial, or a reduced version of Orbiis. It is the operational foundation the wider system is built on.

Deployment Context

Built for businesses that need the first layer in place.

Activate is designed for operations where the problem is not yet scale. The problem is that the first response layer does not exist consistently.

No existing operating system is in place.

Inbound volume is still manageable, but handled manually.

Lead response depends on founder or staff availability.

Booking coordination is not yet structured.

Missed calls disappear without an operating response.

The business needs proof of system value before expanding scope.

Activate is not a lower-quality deployment for smaller businesses. It is the correct deployment when the immediate operational gap is foundational.

Foundation Deployment

Four systems are deployed first.

01

Inquiry Capture

The operating surface through which new enquiries enter the system with usable source and contact data.

02

Response Layer

Immediate inbound response across the active capture channels, with qualified escalation into the business where required.

03

Booking Coordination

The path from inquiry to scheduled appointment, including confirmation and pre-appointment communication.

04

Missed-Call Recovery

Immediate operational response when a call is missed, so silence does not become lost demand.

These are the systems that remove the most immediate revenue leakage from a business that has not yet deployed a full operating layer.

Deployment Sequence

Designed to go live in 10 days.

01

Foundation

Domain, communication channels, business settings, and core deployment prerequisites are configured.

02

Capture and Operating State

The capture surface, booking path, pipeline structure, fields, tags, and intake routing are installed.

03

Workflow Activation

New-enquiry response, booking confirmation, pre-appointment reminders, and missed-call recovery are configured and tested.

04

AI Configuration

The response layer is trained on business knowledge, response boundaries, and escalation rules across the active channels.

05

Go-Live and Handover

The operating view is configured, the system is tested end to end, and the business is handed a live foundation deployment.

The scope is narrower than a full infrastructure deployment. The deployment discipline is not.

Operating State

What is running after deployment.

New enquiries enter a structured capture and response layer.

Every active lead is routed into a readable operating state.

Bookings are coordinated from request through confirmation.

Missed calls are routed into immediate recovery instead of silence.

The business gains a live operating view of leads, bookings, recovery, and response activity.

The first operational layer is now running independently of individual memory.

Scope Continuity

Activate is the foundation. It is not a dead end.

When the business is ready for broader operational coverage, the deployed assets do not get replaced. The capture layer, response logic, booking infrastructure, operating state, and configuration work carry forward into the wider Orbiis system. Expansion adds depth around a foundation that is already live.

The system starts with Activate. It does not stop there.

Deployment Entry

Activate begins with a Revenue Audit.

The Revenue Audit confirms whether a foundation deployment is the right operational fit, maps the current gaps in the business, and defines the scope required to bring the first layer live.
